Spain still attractive for British investors

Spain is still attractive for Brits looking to buy property abroad, according to one industry expert.
Mike Hamilton, sales director of Lorca-based property developer Casas de Lorca, told propertywire.com that people are still attracted to property in Spain "despite the state of the current market".
He added that property investors considering designing their own villa should take layout into consideration, adding that "personal taste" always forms part of the process.
The expert advised orientating windows towards the views, as opposed to facing the South as most houses do in the UK.
"Making a sound investment that's been given the personal touch will always be a rewarding experience", Mr Hamilton said.
