Spanish villa up for grabs for only £25

Would-be expats hoping to move to Spain have been offered the chance to win a three-bedroom villa on the Costa Blanca for only £25.
Alan and Marilyn Betts, of South Shields, are raffling off their £500,000 Spanish home for £25 a ticket, according to the Shields Gazette.
The couple bought the property five years ago but have found it to be too large for them to look after properly.
Mrs Betts explained: "Now we are coming up to retirement, we have found the villa is too big and the gardens too vast for us to enjoy our hobby of motorcycling while we are still fit enough to ride."
She and her husband are now planning to buy a smaller home near by which will allow them to fulfil their dream of exploring the area on their Harley Davidson bikes.
