Property discounts available in Spain

Those considering buying property abroad may be interested to learn that there are discounts of up to 40 per cent available in one Spanish region.
According to Titan Properties' recent distressed sales list, Costa de la Luz has numerous reduced properties, reports homesworldwide.co.uk.
This could be welcome news for anyone considering a purchase on the country's southern coast.
Andrew Benitz, director of Titan Properties, said the region is finally succumbing to the "bargain bug".
"Discounts of 30 to 40 per cent, which were previously unheard of are now achievable. How long this climate will last is anyone's guess, but the green shoots of growth are surely around the corner," he said.
He added that no other destination is more popular than Spain for a holiday home, so anyone interested should act fast.
