Spain number one for British property-seekers

According to aboutproperty.co.uk, housebuilder Taylor Woodrow de Espana has said people are also beginning to view property as a long-term investment opportunity.
"People are now moving away from the short term view that property once was viewed as and are now looking at it as a long term investment opportunity. Over a longer period of time financial gain will be good, after all bricks and mortar is a tangible investment. The continuing popularity of this country helps ensure that property purchased in Spain will always hold its value.", marketing director Victor Sague said.
He added that there had been a rise in cash investors looking to purchase property in the country.
