Property in Spain 'generating a lot of interest'

Property in Spain is currently benefitting from a great deal of interest from overseas investors, a sector expert claims.
Nick Stuart, managing director of Spanish Hot Properties, says buyers are "cherry-picking" the best possible deals on homes in the country.
One area generating a great deal of interest is the distressed and repossessed market, he states, with potential investors picking up quality property in Spain at very low prices.
"Firstly you have to understand that at this moment in time we have two distinct markets. The international market is actually having a lot of interest," Mr Stuart explains.
There are currently heavily-discounted homes available for people looking for homes in the country if they purchase direct from the developer, the specialist concludes.
