Property deals to be found in Spain

Property prices in Spain have considerably fallen over the last 12 months.
Sector specialist PropertyIndex.com recently revealed that the average cost of purchasing a home in the country decreased by EUR 125,000 last year, offering bargains property for potential buyers.
Robin Haynes of Currency Index Ltd says the firm is seeing a renewed demand for currency exchange as people pick up good deal on property in Spain.
"With falling property prices, this means that a dream home abroad is actually more affordable than buyers may think," he explains.
According to the report, the average two-bedroom golf apartment in Malaga now costs just EUR 195,000, compared to EUR 320,000 a year ago, which may appeal to potential investors in property in Spain.
