International property buyers ’set to return in Spain’
03.11.2009
Spanish property has been tipped to see a fresh influx of investors on the grounds that the property market there has bottomed out.
Writing his regular piece for Spain-based property portal Kyero.com, Martin Dell stated that the "word on the street", combined with recent comments from Knight Frank, appear to have confirmed that the base level has been reached.
Mr Dell remarked: "I continue to predict a wave of foreign investment money flowing into Spanish Property", noting that international property investors have stopped waiting for further price falls.
He suggested that those keen to acquire a residence in the country for 30 per cent less than the 2007 peak level should put in a "cheeky offer" to see if this can be achieved.
