All creditors now have a month to register their claims with the administrators appointed to run the company.
Tampolin Hills, in Campos del Río, has struggled as a consequence f the Spain property downturn and the town hall’s refusal to grant it planning consent to build 2,500 homes in Spain and a golf course.
Hundreds of people, mostly Britons, will now be left out of pocket and with no property to show for their investment.
Homebuyers who failed to take out bank guarantees for their stage payments will now have to join the queue of creditors in order to apply for a refund form Trampolin Hills.
