Property buyers told Spain is a prospect

Property seekers can invest in Spain and expect to do so successfully, an expert has suggested.
In a column for Spanish property portal Kyero.com, Martin Dell noted that the country’s government has said the market is close to the bottom.
He said that while the official data is likely to understate the extent to which prices have fallen due to factors like "shoddy" collation, "inaccurate" information and "conflicting political and commercial interests", the assertion that the sector is nearing its base could well be accurate.
Mr Dell concluded that it is possible for sensible buyers to "safely" invest in the market in the expectation that an upturn is not far away.
